Over the weekend, we saw something that the technocrats have been licking their chops to impose for a while; they just needed a reason to move forward.

The Incident at the capital gave them that reason.

I will deal with the events at the capital separately; however, what we need to take note of is that our voice is being silenced.

Here is what happened as far as we know:

  • The situation is fluid and every day we are seeing moves to shut-up conservatives,
  • on Friday evening the social media platform Parler was told that they would be removed from both the Google and Apple App stores if they did not start imposing censorship on its members,
  • on top of this, Amazon Web Services told Parler that they had 24 hours to find another web host,
  • they went so far as to leak the e-mail to Buzz Feed before they sent it to Parler.
  • many other things went on behind the scenes,
  • as of this writing, Parler is still Down.

What does this mean for us going forward?  Right now, we are in uncharted territory.  The mainstream social media is gloating over the downfall of one of its competitors.  Even as they try to purge their ranks of conservative voices on their platform, Parler has said that they are working to come back, and they are filing suit against Apple and Amazon for their actions.

What is our response as God-fearing conservatives?

If you can, get off these platforms.  I know that some of you cannot because you have business assets on these platforms, but you need to find backup methods of getting the word out.

Second, now more than ever, we must pray up, armor up and war strong.

This is not just something I end my articles with.  This must be our God-given mandate from now until our Lord returns, because as dark as things are right now, this is only the beginning of things to come.

Third, do not be afraid to get in a fight.  If we keep quiet now, then we will have lost our right to speak when the time comes.

Finally, please pray for those who are speaking out through the written word, podcast, video, etc.
