Yesterday, I heard a joke from a friend, “What is socialism? Communism for slow learners.” A lame joke perhaps, but I believe this is touching on a nerve that many people are not ready to face.

Socialism is a short crawl to communism. According to the American Heritage Dictionary, Socialism is defined as “The stage in Marxist-Leninist theory intermediate between capitalism and communism, in which the means of production are collectively owned but a completely classless society has not yet been achieved.”

As a country, we are coming to a great divide. Are we going to stay with a free capitalistic belief, or are we going to give in to the demands of a big brother socialism that will shed blood and strip our freedoms?

I know what I have chosen, I am a capitalist! I prefer to make my own God-given path and chase after the entrepreneurial dream.

I believe in the God-given rights that cannot be taken away by an overreaching government.

What about you? Where do you stand? What do you choose? We will all find out when America votes on November 3, 2020.

In the meantime, we all must make a choice. Will we stand for freedom and for the God of the Bible?

If you choose not to vote, your silence speaks….

The Lord said it Himself in Deuteronomy 30:15, “See, I set before you today life and prosperity, death and destruction” (NIV). In this same passage, verse 19, God reiterates this message and emphasizes to His people to choose life by declaring, “This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live” (NIV).

So pray up, armor up, war strong!

God bless,
